• 2007: Signed a contract with the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) to develop Egypt’s first engineering and automotive industrial park, e², over a 2 million m² land area under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework.
• 2009: Awarded an additional 1.1 million m² extension in the second phase of Egypt’s Industrial Zones Development Program, where IDG was ranked First Offer.
