The project was designed on an area of ​​52 thousand square meters in the center of the capital in September 1999, and the contract was signed between Cairo Governorate and the company to exploit the land of El-Turjuman to establish the project (BOT) for a period of 25 years, calculated from the date of actual operation of the project, at an expected cost of about 200 million pounds.
