Founders
Tarek Yousef is the founder and CEO of Concrete Plus, consistently focused on strategic growth and business development. Driven by his mission, Tarek has maintained operational excellence through effective management of human, financial, and natural resources, which he has embedded within the company’s foundation.

Tarek’s management experience spans multiple disciplines across construction and engineering, where he currently serves as the co-founder of FMPlus+ and CEO of T&D Design Group, a regional player in the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) conglomerate. Tarek is also a board member at Act Financial and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, along with an MBA in Strategic Management from IESE Business School – Barcelona.

Hossam Fikry is the Managing Director of Concrete Plus, passionately driving the company’s competitive advantage through project management and long-term operations.

By managing day-to-day operations, Hossam has developed a comprehensive perspective and vision that reflects collaboration across various departments and subsidiaries to ensure the business continues to focus on growth and investment.
