Our firm, specializing in accounting and tax services, was founded in 1990 by Mr. Abdel Alim El-Sayed Mohamed Al-Araby, a certified public accountant. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Auditing from Cairo University and is a Fellow of the Egyptian Taxation Association and the Egyptian Association for Public Finance and Taxation.
Mr. Al-Araby previously held several prominent positions:
- Inspector at the Companies Authority.
- Financial Specialist at the Industrialization Authority.
- Expert in Joint Venture Companies under the Ministry of Agriculture, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- General Manager of Auditing, General Manager of Finance, and Board Member of a public sector company.
In continuation of the firm’s legacy, his son, Mr. Ahmed Abdel Alim El-Sayed Mohamed Al-Araby, a certified public accountant, joined the firm. Mr. Ahmed holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Accounting from Cairo University and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from Helwan University. He is a member of the Egyptian Taxation Association, the Egyptian Association for Public Finance and Taxation, and the Egyptian Association of Certified Accountants.
