President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived in Entebbe on Wednesday on an official visit to Uganda, where he is scheduled to hold official talks with President Yoweri Museveni, the Egyptian Presidency said.

El-Sisi’s visit to Uganda comes following his participation in the Africa Forward Summit 2026 in Nairobi, co-hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron and Kenyan President William Ruto.

The summit aimed to strengthen African-French partnerships in innovation, growth and development financing.
