The project was designed on an area of 52 thousand square meters in the center of the capital in September 1999, and the contract was signed between Cairo Governorate and the company to exploit the land of El-Turjuman to establish the project (BOT) for a period of 25 years, calculated from the date of actual operation of the project, at an expected cost of about 200 million pounds.
